Just got back from a solo-trip to Iceland and on my very awesome Game of Thrones tour stopped in Arnes for some Icelandic Chicken Nuggets from a very small mini-mart. It was a perfect cherry on top to an incredible trip!

Annual New Years Day McDonald’s recovery trip. Total came to $6.66… not sure what that will mean for 2016 – here’s to hoping it’s a good year filled with fried chicken!
Got to hang out in a suite at the Target Center and watch the Timberwolves play some basketball while I got to munch on some buffalo chicken wings! Nom nom nom!

Sorry for delay in posting I’ve been on a “diet” for most of the summer, but ditched it for July 7th National Macaroni Day. Eli’s in downtown Minneapolis has the best Penne and Cheese that’s made even better with Chicken added in and a glass of Brut.
Nothing short of awesome having a cook for a boyfriend, especially when he makes special chicken dishes for you when you visit him at work. Even better when it involves mashed potatoes!
